das ist eine supi schöne torte. das rot gefällt mir richtig gut.
sag mal wie bekommt man denn den rand oben so schön hin? die randausstecher habe ich auch, kann mir aber nicht vorstellen mie man einen kreis damit bearbeitet.

I am speechless - and this is not very often the case !!!! You are truly blessed - such a great work. I wish I could do something similar, but I don't have too many opportunities to practice.

@ natessimo: first I made a circle in white just a bit larger then the cake. then I used the large oval cutter you can see at this picture to make the border.
After that I put the circle verry carefully on top of the cake. I hope I explained it understandable


@ grandisi: I only had 2 years of German at school and that's years ago I bought the red fondant.
