i am planning to buy fondant,but am unable to decide which is better.. please help be to chose the best one from these two

Sorry, I don´t know something about the fondant you show. I just read one assessment of the Pati Versand Fondant and this was bad. I only use Massa Ticino Tropica Fondant, I think it´s the same good quality as Callebaut.

I also didn't try the fondant you show above. But I once had a good experience with decoback. Additionally, I have already read on this forum, that a lot of members are also working with callebaut as well (this could be an option for you). For me personally, I've been making my own fondant for the last few months by myself, which for me, is the best option.
